Legal Associate

Rosen & Goyal (Andover, MA) seeks a civil litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in litigation. Strong research and writing skills, as well as a focus on strategy and critical thinking are a must.  Duties will include research, fact finding, drafting, and responding to complaints, motions, and discovery in business and employment litigation matters, and assisting and conducting administrative hearings.  The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including management of their own cases and involvement in client development.  We represent many doctors and dentists with practice and licensing issues and handle their general business and employment matters in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  We are a family-friendly office and will consider part-time or full-time work.  MA Bar admission required.  Our office is located in Andover, MA – 20 miles north of Boston, next to an MBTA commuter rail stop.
