Sarah A. Lanese

Sarah A. Lanese focuses her practice on helping licensed professionals navigate the legal, regulatory, and business challenges that arise throughout their careers. She represents physicians, nurses, dentists, and other health care professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters before the New Hampshire and Massachusetts licensing boards. She regularly provides advice and counseling on related employment law issues and assists professionals in establishing and structuring their own practices and professional entities.

Sarah brings extensive litigation experience to her practice. Prior to joining Rosen & Goyal, P.C., she handled a wide range of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, professional liability, employment disputes, and business litigation. She began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney in Boston before relocating to California, where she focused on medical malpractice and professional liability defense, representing physicians, dentists, hospitals, and other health care providers. She specialized in defending providers against claims involving catastrophic damages.  After returning to the Boston area, she expanded her practice to include business and employment litigation.

Today, Sarah leverages her diverse litigation background to provide strategic, results-oriented representation to professionals and business owners throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Her experience allows her to effectively advocate for clients while providing practical solutions tailored to their professional goals.
