Rhonda B. Fogel is a senior associate with the firm with over 30 years of experience. She practices general civil litigation, with extensive knowledge in contract disputes, consumer protection, and property and business disputes Rhonda most recently focused on real estate related litigation including Purchase and Sale Agreement disputes, specific performance, construction matters, adverse possession and zoning appeals. Rhonda also handles both residential and commercial landlord and tenant cases and represents apartment management companies assisting with daily management issues, leases and evictions. She also practices employment and small business law, representing clients before the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Rhonda regularly appears before Massachusetts Superior, District , Housing and Land Courts. Her practice includes favorably resolving cases by mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining Rosen & Goyal, , Rhonda worked as an associate for Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher & Paliotti, LLP in Boston, MA where she specialized in real estate related litigation and landlord tenant matters.  She worked as an associate for Sullivan Law, P.C. in Lexington and Wakefield, MA where she handled real estate transactions as well as civil litigation. Rhonda began her practice of law with Harnish, Jenney Mitchell & Resh, LLP in Waltham, MA where she gained experience in the general practice of law including collection (creditor’s rights), personal injury, insurance matters, condominium owner’s rights, probate matters and civil litigation. Rhonda is admitted to practice in Massachusetts including the District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Rhonda received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor’s Degree from Wellesley College with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. Rhonda has a dedicated work ethic and strives to assist her clients.
