Kelly (Rogers) Spencer is a Senior Associate with the firm, with extensive litigation experience.  She specializes in health law, employment law, real estate disputes and construction matters.

Prior to joining Rosen & Goyal, P.C., Kelly worked as a civil litigation attorney for 32 years in Massachusetts. She has substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation from case intake through final disposition. She handled a heavy caseload in both representing and defending parties with a wide range of values (highest value being $2,750,000.00), which have included medical malpractice, personal injury, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, etc.  

She also has some experience defending licensed medical providers with respect to Board complaints.  Kelly regularly conducts legal research and writing, which include motions, memoranda of law, appellate briefs, etc. 

Kelly is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, including the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  She has also argued cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. 

Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1991.  She received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Lowell, Lowell, Massachusetts where she was a member of the Law Club.
